Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 2+ years in prior telecom sales or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of telecommunications voice and data products
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through external sales agents
- Recruit new and productive Sales Agents/Channel Partners
- Attend sales calls with sales agents to present and assist in closing AireSpring opportunities with end-users
- Ensure agents are educated and fully knowledgeable of AireSpring products, processes and procedures
- Work with agents on thorough order submission per AireSpring's requirements
- Lead solution development efforts that best address agent and agent customerโs needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
- Achieve assigned sales quota
- Meet assigned expectations for agent retention
- Maintain high customer satisfaction rating with agents and agentโs customers
- Follow-up and assist agents and customers with customer service requests
- Proactively seek out new opportunities
