Remote Chief of Staff, Strategic Business Development

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of strategy consulting /corporate strategy, investment banking and/or business development in a start-up environment
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Communicate effectively with different stakeholders in a structured manner
• Ability to create trusting relationships at all levels of an organization
• Ability to successfully balance multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to diffuse conflict and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve optimal solutions

Responsibilities

• Analyze market data and other information to identify priority business development opportunities
• Develop and refine business development materials and presentations
• Participate in external meetings and coordinate follow-up actions to support business development efforts
• Assist in developing, tracking, and improving key performance indicators within the overall pipeline to ensure project success
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments & teams
• Support program management, initiative implementation, and effective communication to aid decision-making processes
• Analyze and improve current processes for optimized efficiency and productivity
