Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to formulate and execute business strategies
• Manage all operational areas, ensuring they are in line with the company’s goals
• Identify and implement improvements in processes and systems, adopting best practices to boost operational efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop departmental leaders to create a high-performing team
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational success
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication across all departments
• Ensure that operational practices adhere to relevant regulations and effectively mitigate risks
