Join Lumata Health as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead technology operations and development, ensuring scalable platforms and systems for our growing business. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will partner with the CEO and President to drive strategic direction and vision. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong operational management skills, and experience in managing software development, system integration, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology operations and development
• Ensure scalable platforms and systems for our growing business
• Partner with the CEO and President to drive strategic direction and vision
• Oversee the operational deployment and enhancement of Salesforce Health Cloud
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing technology team
• Manage our AWS infrastructure, including Amazon Connect
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions
• Lead initiatives to implement AI technologies for clinical quality assurance and workflow automation
• Manage relationships with external technology vendors and partners
• Direct project management activities related to third-party development partners
• Ensure robust data governance and security practices are in place
• Oversee database management practices to ensure integrity, security, and accessibility of our data
• Supervise the data science team and provide oversight and strategic direction for analytics and machine learning projects
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in healthcare to keep the company at the forefront of innovation
• Ensure that all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards and company policies
