Summary
Join our team as a Client Analytics Partner at StackAdapt, where you'll develop data-driven strategies to empower clients with accurate analytics and performance metrics. As a liaison between clients and internal teams, you'll ensure data integrity and guide clients through actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on analytics, data interpretation, and client-facing deliverables
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data discrepancy checks, media reporting, data visualization, and industry research
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, KPIs, platform measurement tools, reporting features, and media best practices
- Experience working with internal teams, cross-functional partners, and supporting client relationships
- Experience guiding test-and-learn strategies, client learning agendas, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for clients and provide strategic recommendations with strong communication skills
- Strong technical and data visualization skills (Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, R, etc.) Intermediate to Advanced Excel
- Experience with third party market research data to curate industry insights
Responsibilities
- Utilize platform measurement solutions, reporting features, and analytics tools to support client strategy planning and reporting
- Translate complex data into actionable client insights and make strategic recommendations based on these findings and provide insights that drive the clientβs test-and-learn approach and improve overall account performance
- Lead client-facing deliverables in collaboration with Account Managers and Account Executives and support high priority client measurement meetings by delivering data-driven recommendations and insights
- Demonstrate leadership by sharing best practices and subject matter expertise within the team
- Work on cross-functional projects and collaborate with various teams, actively contributing to the development of best practices and collateral within the team
- Partner with clients or agency partners to author case studies and white papers based on area of expertise
