Serve as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor for sophisticated clients, driving digital transformation and martech adoption. Collaborate closely with C-level and VP stakeholders to define business objectives and co-create growth plans. Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term partnership success. This senior-level role requires a consulting background and expertise in shaping high-impact client partnerships. You will leverage your business strategy and technology implementation skills to maximize client value and foster long-term trust.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in consulting, client strategy, or digital transformation roles, preferably with top-tier consultancies or boutique digital firms
- Background in digital transformation consulting, solution consulting, or client strategy within tech or marketing industries
- Demonstrated success driving growth and upsell in strategic client partnerships
- Familiarity with martech tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CMS, analytics, CRM)
- Leadership presence and ability to influence both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in agile, fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of martech ecosystems, web technologies, and digital customer acquisition models
- Proven track record advising senior stakeholders (C-level, VP-level)
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance client ambitions and internal capabilities
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing complex, long-term strategic relationships in technology or digital services industries
Responsibilities
- Own and nurture strategic client relationships with a consultative, business-first approach
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand and define their business goals, technology needs, and growth opportunities
- Provide expert guidance on marketing technology stacks, web platforms, and digital customer acquisition strategies
- Develop and maintain detailed partnership roadmaps highlighting growth areas, upsell opportunities, and collaborative initiatives
- Act as the clientโs strategic advisor, confidently engaging with C-suite and senior executives
- Align internal teams (sales, delivery, strategy) around client priorities and evolving needs
- Anticipate market trends and client challenges to proactively recommend innovative solutions
- Foster long-term trust and position the company as a strategic partner in the clientโs digital transformation journey
