Requirements

• A strong understanding of the current CCS workflows, with experience in client communication, appointment management, and customer care
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with in-hospital team members

Responsibilities

• Talkdesk Management: Handling incoming calls with care and efficiency
• CCS Callbacks: Ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups with clients
• Email Correspondence: Responding to client inquiries and coordinating with internal teams
• Appointment Auditing: Reviewing and confirming scheduled appointments to ensure accuracy
