Remote Client Director

Summary

Join our dynamic sales team at Vidsy as a Client Director and manage enterprise accounts for top brands like Pepsi, L'Oreal, Amazon, and EA Games. You'll drive client growth, develop strategies, build key relationships, and foster internal partnerships.

Requirements

• 9+ years (or equivalent) of industry-relevant experience in commercial roles
• 4+ years (or equivalent) experience focused on growing clients and/or new business sales
• Previous experience owning a multi $M portfolio of business and/or a sales target
• Prior experience managing a sales team, to include successfully hitting team revenue targets, and owning sales processes and practices
• Proven success in leading and expanding large enterprise accounts, and evident ability to network through complex enterprise accounts
• Exceptional relationship-building skills that foster client loyalty

Responsibilities

• Manage 5-10 enterprise accounts delivering a top-tier experience that makes Vidsy their go-to content partner
• Collaborate with Client Solutions Team, Strategy, Creative, and Leadership Teams to scale client accounts rapidly and deliver exceptional content
• Position Vidsy to meet and exceed client needs by identifying how Vidsy can provide a great solution
• Drive client growth by unlocking new divisions/sub brands within clients for Vidsy to partner with and new ways for us to work together with them
• Set ambitious targets and pinpoint growth opportunities within accounts, owning the strategy that will drive client success and yours
• Strategically map out contacts within accounts, knowing exactly who to engage next

Benefits

• $145,000 to $180,000 salary depending on experience
• Uncapped commission: earning typically 50% of your base when on target
