Responsibilities

  • Efficiently book and schedule client service appointments, ensuring promptness and accuracy
  • Provide clear communication to both technicians and clients regarding service details
  • Adjust schedules and manage any necessary changes to appointments as they arise
  • Track and organize records of all service appointments, including updates and cancellations
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design optimal schedules that meet client needs
  • Follow up with clients post-service to verify satisfaction and handle feedback
  • Prioritize and respond to incoming service requests based on urgency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any scheduling conflicts or concerns
