Summary
Join Credible's Customer Success Team as a customer service representative, responding to high-volume inquiries via phone, live chat, and email. You will assist customers in making informed financial decisions, re-engage with customers to guide them through the loan process, and identify trends impacting client experience. This closing shift role (12:30 pm - 9:00 pm ET) offers an hourly rate of $18.50 - $19.00. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required, and 1-3 years of customer service experience is essential. The ideal candidate is patient, courteous, energetic, empathetic, and customer-focused, with experience using CRM tools like Salesforce. Credible is open to hiring candidates in North Carolina.
Requirements
- A Bachelorβs degree (preferred, but experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume call center environment
Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries coming in by phone, live chat, and email
- Perform outbound calls to re-engage with customers and guide them through the loan process
- Identify trends impacting client experience and communicating operational issues to our Product Management and Software teams
- Have the opportunity to share your thoughts, opinions, and insights with leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CRM tools, like Salesforce
- Patient, courteous, energetic, and empathetic; both on the phone and in writing
- Customer-focused; you understand what makes people tick and you want to help them succeed
- Good at spotting patterns; you notice when you a lot of people are running into similar issues and you are excited to help us make that problem disappear
Benefits
Hourly rate: $18.50 - $19.00 p/hour
