Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or similar experience in innovation, business development, product development, or similar area
• 5+ years of experience in global innovation, business development, product development, or similar areas
• High level of Japanese and business level English
• Deeply sympathize with the mission of inventing the future fabric of life in the city as a test course, and can think and act in a way that puts the acceleration and realization of inventions first
• Can truly enjoy communicating and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders in a respectful and collaborative manner to achieve objectives
• Have a mindset that enjoys speed, vibrancy, and a start-up-like work environment

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of planning and executing the community and ecosystem building strategy and roadmap itself so that the community and ecosystem of inventors can accelerate invention and contribute to creating the future fabric of life
• Be in charge of a daily basis with inventors working in TWC, eliciting their needs and challenges while introducing them to people they should connect with within the inventor community through providing opportunities to meet and dialogue with them to do so
• For the above, be in charge of planning and organizing the events necessary, operating and managing the venues within TWC, and operating and managing the digital chat tools
