Community Manager

Summary

Join YUPRO Placement as their Community Manager and contribute to a vibrant player community by supporting digital communication strategies and managing multiple studio websites. This contract position is a remote opportunity, preferably US/PST. You will maintain and optimize studio websites, implement updates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and apply SEO best practices. The role also involves designing visual assets, supporting community outreach, partnering with game developers, and monitoring community feedback. Competitive hourly pay is offered, ranging from $35-$40/hr.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community management or related field
• 2+ years of experience in static website development and upkeep
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with content creation and engagement strategies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficient in Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot multiple static studio websites
• Implement updates, security patches, and new features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Apply SEO and analytics best practices to improve website performance
• Design visual assets such as banners, graphics, and icons for branding and community engagement
• Support community outreach initiatives via newsletters, blog posts, social media, and live streams
• Partner with game developers to produce and share compelling content
• Monitor, moderate, and respond to community feedback across platforms (forums, social media, email)
• Assist with technical issues and ensure a seamless digital experience for users
