Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative services to the Construction Manager and Construction Project Managers
- Support with the provision of reporting & analysis on activity / contract performance as required
- Preparation & submission of planning applications, maps, utilities clearances, power applications and all relevant permits in an efficient and timely manner
- Liaise with external contractors obtaining quotes, dealing with queries and coordinating activities & responses with other internal and external customers
- Ad hoc local, regional or national projects as and when required by the Construction Manager
- Provide a full administrative function to the Construction department including general administrative duties such as meeting organisation, filing, typing and photocopying as well as travel and hotel booking
