- Proven experience in a busy call center, handling multiple calls concurrently
- Strong background in customer service, including issue resolution and de-escalation
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with a backup solution
- Two-monitor setup from the first day to optimize productivity
