Remote Contracts Manager

Summary

Join Pantheon as a Contracts Manager for a 3-month contract position in US Remote or Canada. Negotiate complex agreements, manage contract risk, and streamline processes to support Pantheon's growth.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of contract management experience, ideally with enterprise SaaS companies
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CLM tools

Responsibilities

• Negotiate customer, partner, and vendor contracts (SaaS agreements, NDAs, software licenses, etc.)
• Manage contract risk, implement approval processes, and maintain compliance
• Build and manage contract playbooks and workflows using contract management systems (CLMs)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline contract operations
• Support strategic legal initiatives, including special projects, training, and risk reporting
