Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Kafene’s customers, business, and processes
  • Own and Implement HubSpot Projects
  • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM
  • Customization and configuration: Customize and configure the HubSpot CRM to meet our business's specific needs
  • User Support and Training: Support and train users across the organization, ensuring they are proficient in using the CRM system
  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of data within the CRM
  • Automation and Workflows: Develop and manage automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales, marketing, customer service, and operations performance
  • Integration Management: Manage integrations between HubSpot standard objects, custom objects, and other business systems and applications
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or bugs within the CRM system promptly
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest HubSpot features and best practices, continuously improving the CRM system to meet evolving business needs

Department/Team Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot CRM Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in both maintaining and enhancing our HubSpot function. Among the responsibilities for the role, this person will be expected to oversee 3rd party integrations, maintain data integrity and cleanup, and handle user permission’s access.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Kafene’s customers, business, and processes: Approach current processes with bold and constructive challenges, foster collaboration, and work towards aligning with stakeholders on best practices to implement.
  • Own and Implement HubSpot Projects: As necessary, lead projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors, establish clear expectations, and meet deadlines.
  • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM: Supervise daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the HubSpot CRM system. This includes maintaining data integrity and optimal system performance across the Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub, and Content Hub.
  • Customization and configuration: Customize and configure the HubSpot CRM to meet our business’s specific needs, including creating custom fields, workflows, and reports. Conduct regular audits with recommendations. Ensure proper documentation of Kafene implementation from custom fields, objects, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • User Support and Training: Support and train users across the organization, ensuring they are proficient in using the CRM system. Based on Kafene’s HubSpot implementation, develop HubSpot knowledge base articles and videos for on-demand training.
  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of data within the CRM, including data imports, exports, and deduplication.
  • Automation and Workflows: Develop and manage automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales, marketing, customer service, and operations performance.
  • Integration Management: Manage integrations between HubSpot standard objects, custom objects, and other business systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or bugs within the CRM system promptly. Perform root cause analysis for ongoing issues to ensure timely identification and resolution to prevent repeat issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest HubSpot features and best practices, continuously improving the CRM system to meet evolving business needs.
  • Other Tools: oversee implementation and management of other tools related to CRM functionality, including PandaDoc, Apollo, and others.

Who You Are:

  • Should have completed HubSpot Certifications
