Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or in a CRM-focused role, with a preference for HubSpot proficiency
  • Strong command of English
  • Experience with G-Suite, Notion, and Gong
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Strong analytical skills for report generation and interpretation
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • CRM Administration: Take charge of our CRM system (preferably HubSpot), ensuring it’s fine-tuned to meet the evolving needs of our sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Process Improvement: Spot opportunities to streamline and enhance our CRM and sales tools, adopting best practices and innovative tech
  • RFP and Tender Support: Assist the sales team in drafting, organizing, and tracking RFPs and Tenders, ensuring all questions and responses are meticulously managed
  • Application Management: Oversee tools like G-Suite, Notion, and Gong, ensuring they’re seamlessly integrated and utilized to their full potential
  • Data Management: Maintain data accuracy and integrity within our CRM and related systems, implementing top-notch data quality practices and regular audits
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create and analyze reports to monitor key performance indicators, sales metrics, and other crucial data, aiding in informed decision-making
  • Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure our CRM and applications align with our business goals and foster smooth cross-functional collaboration
