Requirements
- High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- Call Center experience is a plus
- Self-starter, driven, motivated, proactive, and disciplined
- Ability to multitask and prioritize at the same time
- Be innovative and think on the fly

Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Agents issues promptly
- Work on Customer requests involving expiration dates on lenses, lot numbers, adjusting shipments for customer needs, and processing Saturday deliveries
- Help process international orders needing extra documentation
- Fixing print problems and releasing held orders
- All around problem solving
