Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in healthcare IT, customer success, or a related role
- Experience working with RESTful and/or SOAP APIs to integrate and automate workflows
- Experience with Project Management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards, including HL7, FHIR, and CDA
- Experience with Mirth (or other integration engines) is a plus
- Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer value
Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team during the pre-sales phase to provide technical insights, demo solutions, and assess fit for the customer's needs
- Drive the technical aspects of the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring successful deployment, configuration, and integration of solutions
- Provide expert troubleshooting and support for customers, helping resolve complex issues related to HL7, FHIR, and other data exchange protocols
- Conduct training sessions for customers, enabling them to effectively use our products and optimize their workflows
- Collaborate closely with project managers, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to the development teams to help shape future product enhancements
