Job description

Company Overview

If you are a current or former accountant/auditor who loves building relationships and has a curiosity for new technologies, you’ve found the right place!

Avise, started in 2020 by a Peloton co-founder and an experienced accounting leader, builds modern accounting software that automates and streamlines the accounting work, allowing accounting firms and in-house corporate teams to focus on strategic initiatives within their business rather than manually closing the books.

We pride ourselves in our customer-centric approach to build Avise with and for our customers. We are in search of a Customer Success Lead, with audit/accounting experience, to join our expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to work at an early-stage company, drive results, and scale with us as we grow.

Avise is a remote-first company, and we are looking for eligible candidates anywhere in the US.

In this high-impact role, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Your previous experience in audit and/or accounting will be crucial in building immediate trust with customers and understanding their needs and challenges. You will leverage your subject matter expertise to provide tailored solutions and recommendations to ensure our customers achieve success on our software.

  • Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and pain points, particularly in the context of accounting processes, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in leadership meetings, effectively communicating and collaborating cross-functionally ensuring customers receive continual value in tandem with the company’s ambitious growth goals.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement across Avise’s suite of features, and take proactive steps to drive adoption and maximize value.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot customer-reported bugs and issues with developers and product managers to swiftly resolve customer support issues and increase overall customer satisfaction.
