Join us in transforming the life sciences industry as a Data Steward at Veeva Systems. We're looking for someone with experience in call center and data management to join our team and help collect and organize data information, provide solutions to customers, and work closely with the project team.

Requirements

• College degree or above
• Proficient in using Office software and automation tools
• Basic level of English listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Responsible, team-minded, and able to withstand pressure
• Good at communication, strong logical thinking, and good language expression skills

Responsibilities

• Continuously collect, enter, organize, verify, and update customer information through multiple channels such as telephone and Internet
• Complete relevant data indicator tasks according to time, quantity and quality, produce relevant reports and statements on time and other tasks assigned from time to time
• Data processing, data analysis, data quality inspection, daily training, and other work contents
