Remote Design Program Manager

Join Miro's Product Design team as a Design Program Manager to lead end-to-end design led programs, empower the unified design process, and enable better collaborations between design teams and non-design partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Design / Marketing industry and 2+ experience in Design Operations role with demonstrated impact
• Proven success in high-growth / tech environment
• End-to-end experience with all aspects of Design process
• Ability to define and refine Product Design processes in connection with broader Product Development at given scale to ensure operational efficiency
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule, including quickly turning around study plans and reports
• Strong grasp of quantitative data analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and levels of the organization
• Demonstrated passion for solving problems
