Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in the B2B SaaS space
  • Proven track record managing paid campaigns and organic strategies
  • A data-driven mindset with a passion for measuring ROI and pipeline impact
  • Strong content strategy and SEO skills, with the ability to write SEO-optimized content when needed
  • Deep understanding of the customer journey and how to tailor marketing for different stages (TOFU to BOFU)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and explore new channels that suit our ICP. Ensure every dollar is working hard, driving qualified leads and optimizing ROI. Work well managing internal and external (vendors) to drive results
  • Select the channels to get content, events, and product strategy noticed. Know how to get noticed by search engines and humans alike, read data to determine best channels to push investment into, and support the team as needed (e.g., work with content/SEO to write SEO-friendly copy and content for a dedicated landing page)
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across all stages of the customer journeyβ€”from top-of-funnel (TOFU) awareness to bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) conversions. Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and deliver results
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of paid and organic efforts, always with an eye on how it impacts the pipeline and business growth
