Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring all deadlines and quality benchmarks are met

• Experience with Agile development processes and project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Jira, Gantt charts)
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to inform business decisions
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work with various departments and stakeholders
• Ability to manage technical complexities and risks, ensuring clear pathways to project delivery
• Experience working with designers, developers, marketers, and other cross-functional teams

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce, digital IT tech or similar, including business analyst experience
• Minimum 2 years project management experience with an emphasis on web/app projects
• Proven experience working with Agile Development Teams
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project lead, handling the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including content development, campaigns, and collateral, for web and mobile platforms
• Investigate and analyze project requirements, gathering insights to align business objectives with development needs
• Collaborate with designers, developers, stakeholders, and other departments to translate business goals into actionable project plans
• Manage the Agile development process, ensuring scheduling, workflow, and communication between all involved parties are efficient and aligned with project goals
• Analyze and address potential risks, technical complexities, and challenges, proposing solutions to keep projects on track
• Proactively track, manage, and resolve bugs, issues, and other project impediments, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of each project phase
• Regularly update and maintain project documentation, including Basecamp, Gantt charts, specifications, status reports, change requests, and other project-related materials
• Ensure that external resources and deliverables are provided to the development team according to agreed schedules, liaising with creative and technical departments
• Manage third-party relationships and contractors when required, ensuring that external resources complement internal capabilities
• Act as a Business Analyst, researching and presenting opportunities for business growth, optimizing workflows, and improving project outcomes
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to keep everyone aligned and informed
• Support digital strategy development and ensure alignment with broader business goals
