What you’ll do @Omnisend:

• Develop and optimize direct marketing campaigns across email, in-app, and SMS channels
• Implement customer segmentation strategies to create personalized marketing initiatives for distinct audience groups
• Develop effective and targeted written content in English for the Product Communication team
• Stay informed on direct marketing trends, best practices, and compliance regulations
• Collaborate with the Design team to ensure consistency across all communications
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas
• Support company growth initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed

We expect that you’ll bring:

• 2+ years experience in direct marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for selling ideas through creative and innovative storytelling – writing samples are required
• Experience in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
• Understanding of data-driven marketing, customer segmentation, and personalization strategies
