Requirements

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management systems
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with website content management systems and SEO best practices
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify and analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, competitors, and customer insights
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies through appropriate channels and advertising platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize marketing initiatives
  • Create strategies and distribute engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, social media posts, and promotional materials
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and KPIs and shaping future marketing strategies based on the business objectives
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI
  • Manage website and social media content strategy across various channels, collaborating with the team to ensure up-to-date and relevant information
  • Design and execute email marketing funnels and nurturing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer retention
  • Review and approve copy for marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging
  • Help develop visually appealing and on-brand marketing content ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
