Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in B2B brand marketing or a similar role, with a focus on digital marketing and brand strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of developing brand narratives and positioning and executing successful brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth
  • Experience leading collaboration with leadership to build specific go-to-market positioning
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including strong writing abilities and a deep understanding of visual narrative
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and paid media
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions

Responsibilities

  • Developing powerful brand narratives and refining the Wpromote brand strategy, including value proposition, positioning, and messaging
  • Creating and executing high-impact, multi-channel brand awareness campaigns that increase Wpromote's visibility and drive growth in brand share of voice (SOV) across key markets
  • Working directly with business unit leaders to build unique narratives and incorporate new offerings and trends into brand positioning and campaigns
  • Collaborating with creative, content, and digital teams to produce engaging brand assets that combine best-in-class written and visual storytelling
  • Leveraging data and market research to understand audience behavior, trends, and competitive positioning to inform and continue to evolve Wpromote’s brand strategy and service offerings
  • Overseeing brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring that all internal and external communications align with the brand guidelines and strategy
  • Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand performance, analyzing results, and adjusting strategies to achieve brand goals
  • Identifying and managing strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to amplify the Wpromote brand
  • Mentoring and inspiring a cross-functional team of marketing professionals by fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
