The position requires collaboration with product marketing teams and cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies and launch campaigns. You will also create and execute a comprehensive PR strategy and analyze the effectiveness of brand and communications efforts.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Have 8+ years of experience in brand marketing and communications, with at least 3 years in a people management role
  • Possess a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and communication strategies, with proven work examples
  • Demonstrate exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with experience in managing media relations and creative/PR agencies
  • Demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
  • Show proficiency with marketing analytics, brand tracking tools, and digital platforms

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the strategy, concepting, planning, execution, and measurement of integrated brand campaigns
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to inform future initiatives and optimize ROI
  • Partner with product with marketing team members to design and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product and product feature launches
  • Lead the creation of launch campaigns that integrate branding, messaging, and positioning to effectively communicate the value of new products and features
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution of launch initiatives, aligning timelines, deliverables, and resources
  • Measure and report on the success of launch campaigns, applying insights to refine future GTM strategies
  • Create and execute a comprehensive PR strategy that drives media coverage, manages brand reputation, and builds credibility across key audiences
  • Serve as the company point of contact as needed, crafting executive communications and preparing leadership for media engagements
  • Analyze the effectiveness of brand and communications efforts, using metrics to refine strategies and demonstrate impact on key business objectives
  • Stay informed of industry changes, best practices, and emerging trends to keep the brandโ€™s marketing strategies innovative and relevant
