Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Health Administration (In lieu of a degree, equivalent relevant work experience may be considered)
• 10+ years of experience within a role in pharmacy benefit management and external regulator guidelines (such as Medicare, Medicaid, and state requirements)
• Experience within a leadership role overseeing teams and developing them
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once without missing deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the pharmacy operations team, ensuring consultative and quality-focused configuration solutions are delivered to clients promptly
• Manage all aspects of successful configuration, including creation of components, following system design standards, and executing testing methods to guarantee quality and consistency
• Address issues within the team and across departments to achieve desired outcomes and review and negotiate tactical and strategic solution options to ensure client satisfaction
• Engage with various departments and roles within the company as well as a dynamic combination of external clients and stakeholders, applying various influencing techniques to gain alignment
