- Oncology launch experience required

- Demonstrated success in product launch planning and accelerating brand uptake
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence across functional and organizational boundaries as a strong team player
- Substantial success working in cross-functional environments across diverse teams including Medical, Access, Finance, Legal, Regulatory
Responsibilities
- Identify key insights and anticipate future opportunities and barriers through synthesis and integration of business intelligence on market, competition, and scientific trends
- Leverage a deep understanding of oncology healthcare customers, including providers, key opinion leaders, patients, and market access stakeholders to inform the go-to-market approach that drives customer behavior change and market performance
- Develop the annual and long-term strategic marketing plans
- Formulate the omni-channel marketing customer engagement strategy
- Design integrated marketing campaigns
- Plan and implement advisory boards to address key strategic questions
- Develop brand value story in collaboration with Access and Medical Affairs teams
- Assemble lifecycle management plan; lead scenario planning and product forecasting in collaboration with Analytics and Finance teams
