Requirements
- DTC experience is a must
- Seasoned eCommerce professional with 6+ years in eCommerce product management and/or general eCommerce management experience
- Experienced leader with 3+ years managing product or eCommerce teams
- Strong data and statistical analytical skills
- Expertise in Shopify and Webflow platforms, including theme development, customizations, and app integration
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (Shopify's templating language)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and website optimization techniques
- Experience with BI tools, amplitude, and A/B testing software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Agile and flexible with strong prioritization abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus
- Proven experience building, mentoring, and retaining a high-performing team
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive growth for the eCommerce DTC business
- Build and execute the vision, forecast, and roadmap to support growth initiatives, new channel testing, performance marketing, and LTV opportunities
- Lead cross-functional alignment across creative, operations, and development teams in support of web and growth initiatives
- Mentor and retain a collaborative, high-performing team
- Develop and customize Shopify websites according to brand requirements
- Implement best practices for optimal performance, scalability, and security on Shopify
- Create and integrate custom Shopify themes and templates
- Customize Shopify apps and plugins to extend website functionality
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize digital product stories for a strong brand experience and conversion rate
- Utilize BI tools, A/B testing software (VWO, Convert, Optimizely, etc.), and conduct thorough testing and debugging
- Optimize websites for SEO and ensure proper implementation of tracking codes
- Provide and report on testing impact and strategic pivots to increase revenue while driving a premium brand experience
- Work with the design team to create visually engaging and responsive website layouts
- Partner with the growth team to leverage marketing channels (SEM, SEO, affiliate, lifecycle, offline, etc.) to improve lead gen, CRO, and traffic allocation
