Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Proven success in coaching and developing teams, fostering growth in others
- Strong passion for building and scaling innovative products, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and lead teams to deliver impactful results
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to cultivate strong working relationships across diverse teams and organizational levels
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, particularly in highly technical environments, ensuring strong collaboration between product and engineering
- Experience working in a product engineering role or significant exposure to software development environments, ensuring a clear understanding of engineering challenges
- Experience using requirements tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar, and familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement
- Exemplifies transparent and direct communication, building trust and fostering clear understanding across teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Snapsheet's business goals and capitalizes on market opportunities
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and other teams to refine the product roadmap and strategy
- Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to align technical architecture decisions with product goals and ensure scalability and performance optimization
- Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions and strategy
- Own the product backlog, prioritizing features, enhancements, and fixes critical to achieving business outcomes
- Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, with a particular focus on ensuring technical requirements are met and engineering teams have the necessary resources
- Champion a data-driven approach to product development, ensuring analytics frameworks, databases, and data pipelines are designed and maintained effectively
- Ensure effective integration of APIs, third-party services, and other technical components in the product ecosystem, coordinating cross-team efforts as needed
- Drive technical feasibility assessments for product initiatives, working with engineering teams to balance innovation with practical implementation
- Support engineering in technical planning, sprint management, and backlog grooming by contributing to architectural reviews and technical roadmap development
- Communicate product vision, progress, and results clearly to stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams
- Implement processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and streamline product development workflows
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies through continuous research and analysis
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly to ensure alignment with strategic goals and enable data-driven decisions
- Lead and oversee UI/UX teams and strategy, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences that align with product goals and enhance customer satisfaction
