Requirements

• 10+ years in tech, with 4+ years leading marketplace initiatives
• Proven success building and scaling B2B marketplaces
• Expertise in leading and mentoring effective product teams
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketplace Growth: Define and execute a compelling product vision and strategy, driving key metrics including adoption, GMV, customer satisfaction, revenue, associated ARR, and retention
• Team Leadership: Manage and grow a high performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Operations, Finance, Legal and other teams to deliver impactful solutions from ideation through to launch and iteration
• User-Centric Development: Deeply understand the needs of fleet customers and maintenance shops to drive experimentation, validation, iteration and innovation and create frictionless, scalable product experiences
• Drive Business Outcomes: Hold accountability for the success of our Marketplace solutions – contributing to business targets, pricing & packaging strategies, and new revenue streams while ensuring compliance and regulatory standards
• Marketplace Success: Ensure both supply and demand sides thrive by providing an optimal mix of value, price, selection, and quality
