Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 4 years of successfully leading and managing multiple software teams
- Strong knowledge of software development practices, methodologies, and tools
- Experienced software leader with a strong background in software development and architecture
- A proven track record of leading and managing software engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in software development
- Constantly seeking to learn and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Excellent technical skills with the ability to understand and solve complex technical problems
- Passionate about delivering high-quality software products that meet customer needs
- Comfortable with agile software development methodologies and able to adapt to changing business needs
- Ability to mentor and coach team members, promoting their professional growth and development
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting project objectives and timelines
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our software products
- Build and maintain the teams, ensuring they have the right skills and tools to be successful
- Manage the expectations of internal stakeholders and collaborate to find solutions
- Work closely with the product management team to ensure software development projects are aligned with business objectives and timelines
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution
- Work closely with both the Quality Engineering and Product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer needs
- Mentor and coach manager and others, promoting their professional growth and development
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and cybersecurity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and deploying cutting-edge solutions for both cloud and on-premises environments
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- Familiarity with Cybersecurity or Networking
