Requirements
- Extensive experience managing and optimizing e-commerce sites, preferably WooCommerce, with a focus on strategy over execution
- Proven ability to analyze data and apply insights to enhance marketing strategies and site performance
- Skilled in developing and managing ad strategies for Google and Facebook, with a track record of driving high-quality traffic and optimizing for ROI
- Solid understanding of e-commerce SEO best practices, focusing on data-informed adjustments for product listings and site optimization
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement, using data to generate new ideas and adapt strategies for growth
- Ability to maintain a strong focus on accuracy and professionalism in all strategic adjustments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clearly convey strategy and performance insights
Responsibilities
- Analyze data from marketing campaigns and site performance to create strategies that enhance traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Oversee product listings on WooCommerce, refining SEO and product presentation based on performance insights to improve visibility and engagement
- Guide and optimize Google and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic, ensuring high ROI and alignment with broader e-commerce goals
- Manage strategy for Meta social media presence, utilizing existing assets to drive engagement and strengthen community interactions
- Regularly assess campaign effectiveness, using data to adjust strategies, identify growth opportunities, and report on key metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with creative marketing strategies to increase engagement and conversions
- Expertise in tracking, analyzing, and reporting data insights, contributing to a refined and iterative marketing strategy
