Requirements

• 3+ years in copywriting, with a focus on conversion-driven content and a deep understanding of various copy writing styles and content categories: ad copy, newsletters copy, long format sales pages or advertorials
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies
• Familiarity with tracking systems (like GA4) and customer segmentation strategies
• Can-do attitude and result-driven approach
• Impeccable English. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Manage the end-to-end process of email campaign execution, including content creation campaign setup, scheduling, testing
• Create and optimize email templates for various campaigns and target segments, ensuring brand consistency and a positive user experience
• Implement email marketing automation funnels, including welcome series, drip campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns, to nurture leads and drive customer retention
• Produce unique, effective, and engaging long-form copy (advertorials) and short-form copy (emails, landing pages, product descriptions, etc.)
• Utilize industry-standard platforms like Klaviyo to design, build, and automate email flows
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Write copy that drives conversions, increases click-through rates, or impacts other vital metrics
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
