Remote Engineering Manager, Core Finance

Anrok’s cutting-edge platform seamlessly integrates with various billing and payment systems, streamlining sales tax monitoring, registration, reconciliation, and filing across multiple jurisdictions.

You’ll have the opportunity to craft and implement processes for an effective team, help prioritize the roadmap, and coach and develop engineers. We work primarily in TypeScript and React, but prior experience is not required.

In this role, you will:

• Lead a talented team building innovative calculation, reporting, and payment products.

• Set the product and technical strategy and implement processes for high quality execution.

• Recruit and mentor engineers.

• Foster a collaborative and healthy culture of feedback, opportunity, and growth for the team.

• Contribute to the Anrok engineering culture and initiatives.

• Work cross functionally with product and go-to-market stakeholders to deliver business impact.
