Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• 9+ years of relevant software development industry experience in a fast paced tech environment
• Track record of shipping scalable data and machine learning products to consumers
• Experience setting roadmaps and alignment with diverse stakeholders
• Experience building and growing teams quickly in highly dynamic domains, with a strong leadership track record
• Strong people management skills with a history of helping team members grow

Responsibilities

• Drive Airbnb's strategy for improving the Listings related data models, metrics, and ML models
• Set priorities, and drive execution of the team, balancing velocity and quality while helping engineers grow
• Lead 8 engineers and tech leads across Data, Software Engineering, and Machine Learning
• Drive day to day execution of the work, help the team work through challenges and proactively address blockers
• Work closely with the team to uplevel members and help them grow their careers
