  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, delivering high-quality results on time

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage events and activations, such as roadshows, conferences, webinars, and account-based marketing initiatives
  • Strategize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting customer acquisition and engagement through email marketing, direct mail, webinars, events, and digital channels
  • Develop region-specific marketing plans that align with sales goals, increase brand awareness, and drive seller-focused MQLs and pipeline growth
  • Lead demand generation efforts across various channels, partnering closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive measurable growth for seller accounts
  • Collaborate closely with BDRs and inbound teams to create awareness engagement, and lead follow-up campaigns tailored to customer personas
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies for seller growth, retention, and expansion
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure the integration of marketing efforts into the broader company strategy
  • Manage field events from start to finish, ensuring all logistical elements are in place and aligned with overall growth objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in MarTech or Marketing Technology landscape
  • Previous involvement in seller-focused marketing strategies
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience modeling and building audience segmentation within ABM tools such as 6Sense or Demandbase

The Enterprise Marketing Manager, International will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our Enterprise seller segment initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, International Marketing, you will focus on enhancing seller acquisition, engagement, and retention through a blend of online and offline marketing strategies.

This role requires an integrated mindset that partners directly with Sales, Product Marketing, and other teams to create tailored marketing plans. You will play a pivotal role in generating leads, improving conversion rates (from lead to bookings and beyond), building a loyal customer base, and taking a data-driven approach to strategy and decision-making. You’ll have ownership over your marketing tactics, thinking of yourself as the “CMO” of your own book of business, with the ability to build and execute all kinds of marketing tactics based on the needs of your sales segment.
