Join our team as an ERP Solutions Manager and become a key partner for our customers. As a technical expert, you will support our larger clients operationally, develop metrics to improve customer satisfaction, and analyze internal processes. You will also represent client concerns internally, act as a liaison between teams, and develop automation concepts to resolve recurring issues.
Requirements
- Several years of relevant work experience in customer service for a B2B software company
- First leadership experience, preferably in a Customer Success role or comparable position
- Expertise in one of the following areas: logistics, production planning, operations, financial accounting, wholesale and foreign trade, or e-commerce
- Experience in consulting or implementing modern ERP software
- Strong IT understanding and experience working with modern tools like Zendesk or JIRA
- Excellent English and German language skills
