Summary

Join our team as an ERP Solutions Manager and become a key partner for our customers. As a technical expert, you will support our larger clients operationally, develop metrics to improve customer satisfaction, and analyze internal processes. You will also represent client concerns internally, act as a liaison between teams, and develop automation concepts to resolve recurring issues.

Requirements

  • Several years of relevant work experience in customer service for a B2B software company
  • First leadership experience, preferably in a Customer Success role or comparable position
  • Expertise in one of the following areas: logistics, production planning, operations, financial accounting, wholesale and foreign trade, or e-commerce
  • Experience in consulting or implementing modern ERP software
  • Strong IT understanding and experience working with modern tools like Zendesk or JIRA
  • Excellent English and German language skills

Responsibilities

  • Support (larger) customers operationally
  • Help the team understand, structure, and advance customer requirements
  • Develop metrics to improve customer satisfaction and optimize internal processes
  • Analyze metrics continuously
