Summary
Join Zuora as a Solution Delivery Manager and lead the implementation of Zuora solutions for enterprise clients. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Leverage your 10+ years of enterprise software experience, including at least 5 years in implementation management, to guide teams and achieve customer outcomes. Requirements
- Overall 10+ years of enterprise software experience, with at least 5+ years in implementation management
- In-depth knowledge of and experience implementing enterprise software applications, such as ERP, CRM or SCM, across a range of customers, from SMB to Fortune 500
- Strong ability to manage implementation financials, recognizing the importance of both budget management and services revenue management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with strong customer focus with a results-outcome orientation
- Experience and comfort with C-level communication
- Comfortable working with and managing ambiguity and uncertainty
- Demonstrated experience leading teams of architects, consultants, and developers
- Demonstrated experience driving adoption through achieving business goals and innovation
- Demonstrated experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Zuora implementation engagements, ensuring that the program remains on time, within budget, and meets the customer's outcome expectations
- Manage project plans and lead implementations for multiple projects at a time
- Proactively manage risk prior to failure
- Present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business solution topics
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with subscription billing and/or revenue implementation projects
- Experience with SaaS-based implementation
- Strong client service and/or management consulting experience
- Technology experience or awareness in ERP, CRM, accounting/revenue systems, provisioning systems, billing, payment and revenue systems
- Knowledge of and ability to speak to system landscapes
- SaaS-based subscription management systems experience
- SaaS-based enterprise software implementation
- Knowledge of Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST
- PMI Certification
- Have developed domain industry or business process skills
