Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• High attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and effective time management
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact, managing email communication and ensuring seamless coordination between departments
• Assist in organizing and maintaining files, support document preparation, and help with general data collection and analysis when needed
• Monitor project timelines, coordinate communication between teams, and assist in tracking project milestones and progress
• Assist with additional tasks as necessary, depending on the evolving needs of the department
