Summary

Join Love, Bonito, Southeast Asia's leading womenswear brand, as the CEO's Executive Assistant! This one-year contract role (with extension potential) offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO, supporting their schedule, communications, and strategic priorities. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic schedule, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring seamless execution of administrative and strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is ruthlessly organized, flexible, independent, resourceful, and an excellent communicator. Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role is required, along with strong organizational and multitasking skills.   • You work well in a hybrid work environment
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. You’ve worked with senior executives and know how to support and keep cool under pressure
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent with slides - you know how to create impactful content
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • You have a background in consulting, PR, ops, or journalism – or any field that’s made you resourceful, efficient, and emotionally intelligent

Responsibilities

  • Be a ninja – anticipate needs, problem solve and prioritise
  • Gatekeep like a pro – manage inboxes, calendars, schedules, and the occasional last-minute fire drill
  • Prep CEO like a TED Talker – research, draft briefs, create meeting and keynote content
  • Support CEO with content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, meeting materials - whatever gets the job done with flair
  • Assist with all personal administration and project management
