Remote Finance Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management, ideally within the IT or tech sector
• Solid financial background, preferably Big 4 Audit experience combined with business acumen and experience
• Strong knowledge of Polish accounting standards and tax regulations
• Proficiency with financial software (previous experience with ERP implementation is a plus)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (a professional certification such as ACCA or CIMA is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Polish and Group regulations
• Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor department-specific budgets
• Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team, contributing to business growth and profitability
• Manage cash flow, investments, and capital expenditures to ensure the company’s financial health
• Coordinate the work of a small internal finance team as well as an external accounting team
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities as required
