Responsibilities

  • Create presentations, KPI's and monthly analysis that will support our founders/shareholders’ decisions all over the world
  • Work with UK and US accountants for Year End closing
  • Develop financial models using Excel and spreadsheets
  • Present financial data to Shareholders
  • Monitor and control the monthly evolution of deviations between Actuals and Budget, proposing mitigation measures
  • Monitor and evaluate the main management indicators of the various group entities, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Support Local Businesses (Business Partner)
  • Ensure the alignment between the operational areas of the companies and the financial area
  • Develop financial control models to support the Business

Job description

As a Finance Specialist you will have a love for numbers combined with a strong business sense.

Being able to put people first is key for this role: communication, trust, collaborative work will be as relevant as any consultancy or financial experience.

You will be working in an international environment and create presentations, KPI´s and monthly analysis that will support our founders/shareholders’ decisions all over the world, to ensure business sustainability.

Knowledge of Transfer Pricing, UK GAAP and IFRS will be valued, as you will be working with UK and US accountants for Year End closing.

It is valued to have background experience in Audit, Consulting, M&A and also working within international groups.

Expected travelling time (UK): 0%-15%, varies according to organisational needs.

You Rock at

  • Detailed and outstretch view on data and its impact;
  • Being self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team and company purpose;
  • Data analysis: revenue, costs, expenses, trends/forecasting.
  • Using Excel and spreadsheets to develop financial models

You are good at

  • Presenting financial data to Shareholders;
  • Budget and Forecasts of the various entities of the group as well as consolidated
  • Monitor and control the monthly evolution of deviations between Actuals and Budget, proposing mitigation measures;
  • Monitor and evaluate the main management indicators of the various group entities, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement;
  • Support Local Businesses (Business Partner);
  • Ensure the alignment between the operational areas of the companies and the financial area;
  • Develop financial control models to support the Business.
