Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration
• 10+ years of progressive growth and responsibility

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure compliance with systems and procedures designed to prepare reports and financial statements accurately
• Payment posting
• Operating bank reconciliations
• Revenue reporting every day
• Prompt collection of accounts receivable, timely payment of accounts payable, cost control & monitoring, payroll processing, posting credit card purchases weekly
• Close process monthly
• Updating budget & forecast models monthly
• Compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings monthly
• Working with the CFO to coordinate the audit and tax preparation annually
• Building budgeting & forecasting models annually
• Ad hoc reporting to external parties occasionally
