Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of GA4 for our websites and digital platforms to ensure accurate tracking and data collection
  • Set up and manage custom events, conversions, user properties, and other key GA4 features tailored to our business needs
  • Develop and maintain a data layer structure that aligns with GA4 best practices for streamlined tracking
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports in GA4 to monitor KPIs, user behavior, and campaign performance
  • Set up automated reporting to ensure stakeholders receive timely insights and data updates
  • Consulting on best practices and troubleshooting reporting issues
  • Work closely with developers, marketing, and product teams to ensure proper implementation of tracking codes, tags, and scripts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tracking and data discrepancies across platforms, ensuring consistent and accurate reporting
  • Provide training and support to team members on GA4 functionality and reporting
  • Conduct regular audits of GA4 setups to maintain data accuracy and integrity

About the Job

The Lifetime Value Co. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented GA4 Implementation Specialist to join our team in the industrial technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web analytics, particularly in the implementation and configuration of Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate tracking, data collection, and reporting to support business decision-making and enhance our digital presence.

What You Will Get to Do

GA4 Implementation & Configuration:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of GA4 for our websites and digital platforms to ensure accurate tracking and data collection.
  • Set up and manage custom events, conversions, user properties, and other key GA4 features tailored to our business needs.
  • Develop and maintain a data layer structure that aligns with GA4 best practices for streamlined tracking.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Create and manage dashboards and reports in GA4 to monitor KPIs, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Set up automated reporting to ensure stakeholders receive timely insights and data updates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

What You Bring to the Table

  • You will be expected to work 10 hours per week.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring GA4, with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and other web technologies relevant to tracking and tagging.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the industrial technology industry or a similar field is a plus.
  • Google Analytics Certification is preferred.

Languages:

  • English - Proficient level
