Requirements

  • Proficiency in research tools and data visualisation tools
  • Exceptional knowledge of PowerPoint, google slides or presentation software
  • Ability to visualise data e.g. charts, graphs, infographics
  • Strong research skills
  • Ability to align knowledge management initiatives with business objectives
  • Excellent drafting skills, able to research, analyse and present information from varied sources to diverse audiences in an engaging format
  • Strong project and event coordination skills
  • Good social and digital media content creation and promotion skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical thinking
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Able to work remotely in a multicultural, global team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, law or related field
  • A masters’ degree (MBA, LLM or equivalent) is preferred
  • 6-8 years’ experience in research, strategy consulting, business intelligence or a related field
  • Proven track record of creating executive-level reports and presentations

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research on market trends, competitors, industry developments and internal performance metrics
  • Track key developments in areas relevant to the business e.g. economic trends, regulations, emerging technologies
  • Develop Executive-Level Collateral
  • Translate research findings into clear, concise reports and slide decks for C-suite audiences
  • Create data visualizations and infographics that simplify complex insights for decision makers
  • Craft narratives and storylines that align research findings with strategic goals
  • Collaborate with Cross functional teams
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and align research with business needs
  • Partner with senior leaders to tailor presentations for board meetings and executive briefings
