Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum OR a minimum of 10+ years of experience in global real estate management with a focus on strategic planning, acquisitions, leasing, and construction management required
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in global real estate and construction management
  • Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility assessments and strategic planning to execution and completion
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans for global real estate and construction initiatives, including cost estimates and scheduling
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans
  • Conduct regular cost analyses and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify suitable locations for real estate development projects
  • Lead negotiations and secure property acquisitions in line with organizational objectives
  • Maintain lease negotiations and lease agreements
  • Stay informed about local and international regulations impacting real estate and construction projects
  • Ensure compliance with zoning, building codes, and other legal requirements for US and global projects
  • Anticipate and address potential project risks, providing proactive solutions
  • Resolve complex issues that may arise during projects
  • Implement strategies for cost savings and operational efficiencies
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to executive leadership
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on project performance analysis
  • Lead change management strategies to support internal teams through real estate and construction project updates, system integrations, and process changes
  • Effectively communicate project-related changes and build internal alignment by engaging stakeholders early and continuously throughout each phase of the project
  • Ensure that all transitions and changes are smooth by providing the necessary training and resources to organizational teams
  • Build and nurture relationships across departments, working closely with stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment on real estate initiatives
  • Influence and guide cross-functional teams without direct authority, driving collaboration and ensuring project success
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring that goals are met and that all teams are supported throughout the project lifecycle
