Remote GTM Systems Architect

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a proven track record of independently building and maintaining scalable processes to meet business goals
• Experience leading Salesforce deployments with a strong SDLC governance approach
• Expertise in declarative development including Flow design, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields with the ability to leverage Apex and Lightning Web Components when needed
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to define, scope, and deliver sustainable solutions aligned to business needs
• Experience with managing system integrations with GTM technologies such as Salesloft, Marketo, Gong, Gainsight, Zapier, Copado, Own, and PagerDuty
• Familiarity with sprint-based project management approaches

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Salesforce solutions that enable scalable operations and processes
• Identify and lead proactive initiatives that enable the effective scaling of key business workflows leveraging Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API development, and more
• Design, implement, maintain, and document system integrations between Salesforce, go-to-market, and core business applications to enhance automation and streamline workflow execution
• Drive technical design discussions and provide guidance to team members on best practices and architecture principles
